Meet Onika!

Onika is a proud graduate of University of Maryland University College holding a B.A in Business Administration. She has since been working in the field of People Operations Management. 

Born in Guyana, she saw first hand what poverty was like. Moving to America and witnessing that poverty and hunger also transcended in the US, she saw a space for a change. Her goal here at First Real Chance is to reduce these injustices by creating a safe space, providing resources and dedicating her time to fighting for human rights. 

In her spare time, she loves to get in the kitchen and bake. She finds excitement in accomplishing new recipes!
